Late Charge Policy: A late charge will apply if customers arrive more than 15 minutes late. • Late by 15-30 minutes: Additional 30% of the session fee • Late by more than 30 minutes: Additional 50% of the session fee We enforce this policy strictly as our sessions run hourly. Late arrivals impact the following session and other customers’ experience. Cancellation Policy We reserve the right to cancel any order, service, or account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice. In such cases, we shall not be liable for any compensation, refund, or damages resulting from the cancellation.
